![]() O’Brien has completed 40 hours of mediation training, and is certified in United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania to serve as a mediator, early neutral evaluator, and arbitrator. ![]() He also organized through the auspices of the ACBA one of the first pro bono projects providing free legal services to reserve military personnel mobilized to deployments from Kosovo to the Middle East. ![]() He has also tried cases in state and federal court on. O'Brien is now focused on using that experience for the benefit of other lawyers in conducting successful mediations and meaningful early neutral evaluations.
